Dear Soulfood Lovers,

It's time to stop filling your plate with all those "shoulds" and "to dos" that leave you empty, hungry, and feeling like you've failed again. Your appetite can't be satisfied by anything other than living from the inside out. Become the authority of your precious life. ​Living with and from soul power is why you are here. It's how you are made. Stop resisting!

The path of awakening to your soul power may be boiled down to this simple truth. 
Everything you ingest through your senses is food. You are eating all day long everyday. The question is this. What are you feeding yourself?  Are you feeding your heart what keeps it open? Are you feeding your body what allows is to be strong and soft? What about your nervous system? Is it getting the break it needs from so much doing? Are you feeding your mind wisdom that helps you know yourself? 

Eat soulfood, and you'll never be led astray! When food stops being determined primarily by your taste buds, culture, habits, and physical eyes, it can start being guided by your inner knowing. This is how soul power grows, one choice after another. Choose wisely. Build self-trust and compassion one bite of soulfood at a time. Don't be concerned about messing up or getting it right. You're not a problem to fix! Practice and play. Play and practice.  

You and only you know the dishes that make-up your perfect menu of soulfood each and every day. Soulfood is unique and dynamic, just like you! Add a little more soulfood gradually to your days. Be gentle with yourself. Soon and very soon, you'll be eating soulfood all the time and experiencing the gift of soul freedom!

Daily Soulfood Menu Recommendations

STARTERS


Rise with the sun    ​Follow nature's lead. It's how you are made. 
Give thanks     Greet the day from your bed with gratitude. Set the tone for the day. 
Warm water     Gargle with warm water. Then, drink more first thing. Your body will thank you all day.  
Keep the electronics at bay     Give your nervous system a break. Start the day with you and God.
Journal     Let it all out. Don't hold back!
Play      Find a swing to enjoy. Get out colored pencils. Unleash your inner child and free 
your spirit!

Use your senses wisely     Everything is food. You eat with all your senses. 
Eat fresh, real food    Full stop.
Get outside     Don't underestimate what a short walk after a meal will do for you. 
Get to know yourself     The more you know, the better choices you can make.
Give more thanks     There's never too 
much gratitude.
Move your body     Get to know what your body needs to move stuck energy and indulge.
Train the mind     Practice mindfulness and meditation. Nourish the mind with wisdom.

Unwind at Sunset     Keep following nature's lead.
Rest     Learn to do nothing again. 
Journey far and wide     Switch your environment and routine up to see more clearly.
Connect to people     You cannot be human alone.
Pray     Devotion always looks good on you.
